Critical Review of the "Green Cross" Proposal for a Global Framework Convention on the Right to Water

In April 2005, SGM prepared a critical assessment of a proposal by Green Cross International to establish a Global Framework Convention on the Right to Water. The assessment was prepared for Blue Planet Project on behalf of the Friends of the Right to Water.
