Dunmore v. Ontario (Attorney General): Freedom of Association at the Crossroads

This article examines the implications of the Supreme Court of Canada's decision in Dunmore v. Ontario (Attorney General), in which the Court held that the exclusion of agricultural workers from collective bargaining legislation violated the guarantee of freedom of association in section 2(d) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
